INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ A federal magistrate will decide later this week whether an Indiana man suspected in the shooting deaths of four people should remain in federal custody on firearms charges.
 
  Authorities have not said whether the rifle 55-year-old Samuel Sallee is charged with unlawfully possessing is the one that was used to kill a couple and their two friends May 11 in a home in Waynesville, a small community about 45 miles south of Indianapolis. 
 
  Prosecutors told U.S. District Magistrate Judge Denise LaRue on Monday that Sallee was a flight risk and dangerous. LaRue set a detention hearing for Thursday.
 
  Sallee hasn't been charged with the slayings. He was held in Brown County on charges unrelated to the shootings before he was turned over to U.S. marshals. 
 
  Sallee's attorney had no comment.
