FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): 37-year-old Phillip Biddle of Kendallville was sentenced to 4 1/2 years in federal prison Tuesday after pleading guilty to child pornography charges, that according to The Journal Gazette. Officials say he also faces five years on supervised release. The U.S. Attorney's Office says the case was the result of an investigation by the Internet Crimes Against Children.
