KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO):A local citizen was honored last night by Kosciusko County Police. Matt Podenski was honored for helping an undercover Warsaw police officer who was trying to arrest a person trying to escape. Podenski was given a Certificate of Fraternal Order of Police Appreciation for going above and beyond to help local law enforcement, and for staying at the scene until other officers could arrive.
