Kosciusko County Man Wins $7-Million Lotto Prize

SYRACUSE, Ind. (WOWO): A Syracuse man is $7-million richer today.

The Hoosier Lottery has announced that Arlen Brennaman has claimed the largest scratch-off prize that's ever been won in Indiana after he recently bought a ticket for the Lottery's $30 “$7-million Mega Cash” game while on his way to work at an RV manufacturer in Goshen.

Brennaman says his goal is to turn the money “into a legacy” that makes life better for his whole family, and also plans on going into business for himself.

There are two more unclaimed $7-million prizes on the game, and five prizes of a quarter-million also still available.
