Marijuana-Growing Operation Busted in Antwerp, Ohio

ANTWERP, Ohio (WOWO): Officials in Paulding County seized 198 marijuana plants at a rental house in Antwerp, Ohio on Monday. 

Paulding County Sheriff Jason Landers says the bust happened on West Canal Street in Antwerp. Chemicals, soil, fans, firearms, and cash were also taken during the search of the property. 

56 year old Timothy Edwards is charged with knowlingly cultivating marijuana, but more charges could be coming because other suspected narcotics that were seized are in the process of being tested.

The Paulding County Sheriff's Office was aided by the Antwerp Police Department and West Central Ohio Task Force.
