The spinach being recalled in 15 states is due to possible listeria contamination.  The fresh selections tender spinach was sold in 10-ounce packages in stores in Indiana, Ohio and Michigan and had a “best if used by” date of September 16th.  Kroger says customers who bought the recalled spinach can return it to the store for a full refund or replacement.
