The Fort Wayne Komets signed Thomas Beauregard to a contract on Monday to fill a roster spot vacated when Chris Auger went down with a serious knee injury 10 days ago. Beauregard, younger brother of former Komet David-Alexandre Beauregard, has been an accomplished goal scorer during his career. The K’s play in Toledo Friday night.
