LaGrange Woman Hurt in Crash

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): An 18-year-old woman was seriously hurt after a one-car crash early this (Thurs) morning in LaGrange.

Treva Huffman of LaGrange was a passenger in a 1998 Audi driven by an unnamed 17-year-old male when it swerved due to an animal in the road on 705 N, ended up hitting the animal anyway, then a guardrail, an electrical box, and finally driving through a fence. The driver was not hurt, but police say Huffman suffered a “severe laceration” to her torso.

She was airlifted to a Fort Wayne hospital… her condition is currently unknown.
