FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Need shelter tonight from the bitter cold?  One Red Cross shelter remains open for Fort Wayne residents. The shelter at The Salvation Army, 2901 North Clinton Street (Just south of Lima Road/Clinton St. split) will remain open until noon Wednesday.  Warming stations led by the City's Parks & Recreation Department remain open until 8:00 Tuesday evening.
