FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): New house listings on the real estate market in Allen County dropped sharply in May.

There were 728 listings in May of this year, which is a drop of 11% from May 2014. Sales also went down a little bit along with median sales price. 

There were 1,452 single family homes for sale, which represented a 21% drop from May 2014. 

But the yearly numbers remain positive. New listings remain up from the same time last year, along with sales, median sales price, percent of original list price received, and price per square foot.
