FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): She's in.

Before a gathering of suppporters Wednesday night, State Senator Liz Brown formally announced she's running Congress.

Brown, a Republican, currently serves in Indiana Senate's 15th District.  

She faces three other Republicans who've announced they are seeking Third District Representative Marlin Stutzman's seat.  The primary election about 11 months away.
