FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): It's a warmer Christmas for hundreds of school age children Fort Wayne.

One local group distributed hundreds of coats to inner kids. The local chapter of the National Action Network is saying thanks today with a visit at Riverbend Nursing Home.

Pastor Carlton Lynch with the organization says they'll bring about 50 kids from Eden Green Apartment Complex to the facility to deliver cookies and spread joy.

Lynch says they'll adopt the facility.
