Man Accused Of Cemetery Killing Examined Before Trial

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The man accused of killing a woman in a cemetery appeared in court today.

20 year old Quinn Albers is accused of killing 30 year old Katherine Gick and leaving her in the Catholic Cemetery on Lake Avenue in October. Our partners in news at 21 Alive report a judge granted a request to postpone the trial so he could be examined and deemed competent to stand trial.

Court documents allege Albers took Gick to the cemetery where he stabbed her and set her remains on fire. He will be back in court May 6th.
