Around 4:00 a.m.  Saturday, Steuben Police received a call of a personal injury crash in the 2200 block of North SR 327. Two passengers delivering newspapers were parked next to a mailbox when Daniel Hose struck their vehicle while driving by. No one was seriously injured. Hose was taken to the Steuben County jail for a breath test for alcohol and was later arrested for driving while intoxicated.
