FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A 23-year-old Fort Wayne Man is facing charges after he had sex with an underage girl, when she ran away from home. Terriell Jordan was charged on Wednesday, after the girl told police that Jordan had sex with her earlier this year.

The girl supposedly stayed with Jordan at one of his friend's houses for a week, after she ran away from home. The girl's identity has not yet been released, but she told Jordan's friend that she was 18 years old. Jordan reportedly had sex with the girl three times while they stayed at the house.

The Journal Gazette reports Jordan was not in custody as of Wednesday evening, but he faces three counts of sexual misconduct.
