CELINA, Ohio (WOWO): A Rockford, Ohio man has been sentenced for a fatal 2013 crash.

Twenty-eight year old Eddy Blossom was sentenced to 11-years in prison for the alcohol-related crash that happened in August of 2013 on US. 33 near Celina.

A Mercer County Court found him guilty of aggravated vehicular homicide and operating while intoxicated. According to court documents, Blossom's vehicle collided with a Jeep driven by 25-year old Justin Hamrick sparking an explosion.

Hamrick was pronounced dead at the scene.
