Marion County Judge rules that Indiana must keep additional $300 unemployment benefit

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): A judge in Marion County has ruled that the Federally enhanced unemployment benefit must continue after Governor Eric Holcomb ended it early last week.

Current funding for the added $300 per week is set to expire in September. Critics of the enhanced benefit say that it’s obstructing business’ ability to hire workers.
