FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Mayor Tom Henry will make an announcement today about the implementation of a Director of Public Safety position here in the Summit City. The announcement will come at 1:00 P.M. today at the Mayor’s office in Citizens Square on Berry Street.
