Mayor Loses 13 Pounds Since Initial Operation F4 Weigh-In

During the event, at the McMillen Center for Health Education, Mayor Henry tipped the scales 13 pounds lighter than his last measurement in October and he admitted that he was pleasantly surprised. “I was hoping to lose about seven or eight, 13 surprised me.”

As part of the weigh-in, Mayor Henry also spoke with students from Canterbury School about the importance of health.  Mayor Henry has committed to increase his physical activity, eat healthier, lose 15 pounds, and participate in next year’s Fort4Fitness event.
