MONROE, Ind. (WOWO): An Adams County police leader is stepping down.

Monroe Town Marshal Dio Hernandez will step down at the end of the month. According to the Decatur Daily Democrat, Hernandez will take a new job in western Indiana.

Town leaders say they are reviewing their next step, but remind they have coverage from the Adams County Sheriff's Department.
