The husband of a Monroeville woman who died when a semitrailer rear-ended two cars last month is suing the truck driver and the truck’s owner. The lawsuit seeks at least $75,000 in damages in the death of Suzanne Stephenson. The suit names truck driver Scott Saunders and truck owner, Wisconsin-based Kutzler Express.
