More Seating Coming to Notre Dame Football Stadium

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WOWO): The Fighting Irish will soon have room for more football fans. The University of Notre Dame plans to start work in November on a $400 million project that will expand the school's football stadium and use it as a hub for new academic and student life buildings. Construction will begin following the final home football game in November. The project is expected to add more than 3,000 seats to the stadium.
