(Noble County, IN) WOWO

The Noble County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call of a stabbing at a home located at 7189 E 100 N near Avilla at 8:07 Thursday, January 29.

Responding officers found 65 year old Jeffrey Sonne suffering from stab wounds to the torso and arms. He was transported by air-ambulance to Parkview Regional Medical Center. 28 year old Halferty Sonne was also injured in the incident, suffering a laceration of the leg.

A search warrant has been obtained by detectives, who say that further details are pending investigation.
