FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Drug and Alcohol Consortium of Allen County is calling on all 15-20 year olds to participate in a national online questionnaire about drugs and alcohol. 15-20 year olds should look for a postcard in the mail with instructions on how to take part in the survey. The DAC says by sharing your opinions with and experiences, you'll be helping the local community. Participants will also receive a 5 dollar Amazon Gift Card.
