WOODBURN, Ind. (WOWO): There's going to be a new Democratic primary for Woodburn mayor this summer.

That's because the Allen County Election Board voted Friday to redo the primary.

The Journal-Gazette says both Democratic and Republican officials supported the new election after Ryan Reichhart claimed that registered Republicans voted illegally in his primary battle with incumbent Woodburn Mayor Richard Hoeppner. 

Hoeppner defeated Reichhart earlier this month 71 to 59.
