FORT WAYNE, Ind (WOWO): More information has been released about a fatal accident that was thought to have happened in Wells County. 

It turns out the crash that claimed the life of 25 year old Derek Johnson on Tuesday, April 28th happened in Allen County. The man from Ossian died when he rolled his vehicle at the intersection of South County Line Road and State Road 1. 

The Allen County Coroner's Office also says Johnson was not wearing his seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle, dying at Parkview Regional in Fort Wayne from internal injuries. It's also been revealed that alcohol may have been a factor. Toxicology reports are pending. 

Johnson is the 8th traffic fatality in Allen County this year.
