Ohio OVI Checkpoint Saturday

BRYAN, Oh. (WOWO): The Ohio State Highway Patrol will conduct an OVI checkpoint Saturday evening. The stop is funded by federal grants that are aimed to deter impaired drivers.

Lieutenant Charles Gullett, the commander of the Defiance Post, said that state troopers make an average of 25,000 OVI arrests each year.

The location of the checkpoint has been announced as US 127 in Williams County between 9 p.m. and 1 a.m.
