Defiance, Ohio – A shocking case in Defiance County, Ohio. Ten years after her husband died, a woman has been indicated in that death. 45-year old Judith Hawkey was arrested Friday on charges including aggravated murder, insurance fraud and endangering a child. According to our partner in news 21Alive, the woman made a 10-year-old boy fatally shoot Robert Breining in their Mark Center, Ohio home in November of 2003.  The death was originally ruled an accident.  According to a statement from the prosecutor, Hawkey tortured and abused the boy since he was seven.  If found guilty, she could spend the rest of her life in prison.
