FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Today is the last day to turn in registration forms if your child is attending “On My Way Pre-K.”

The state-funded pre-kindergarten program is accepting registration forms through the end of the day.

According to our partners in news at 21Alive, applications should be sent Community Action of Northeast Indiana, or CANI, located on East Washington Boulevard in Fort Wayne.

Children four years and younger are eligible for the program if they meet specific family income requirements and live in Allen County.
