FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): One woman is dead following a crash that snarled traffic at the intersection of I-469 and US 24 Tuesday. 65-year-old Nancy Diaz-Miller was the driver of one of the vehicles in the crash that involved a semi. She was transported from the scene to a local hospital where she died as a result of her injuries. The cause of her death has been determined to be blunt force trauma, and manner; an accident. Diaz-Miller is the 11th traffic fatality in Allen County in 2015. The crash remains under investigation.
