FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): One man is in custody and another is on the loose after an armed robbery Tuesday night. It happened around 9:30 P.M. when a victim tells police two men kicked down the door of her apartment on Swinney Avenue near Broadway while she was there with her boyfriend and a child. The suspects, one armed with two guns and another with one, made the woman tie up the other two people and then subsequently tied her up as well. The men took money, a gun, and video games and ran out the back door of the apartment. Police responded and tracked down one of the men, Lewis Jones. The other is described as a black man, standing 5’10″, slender build, baggy black coat, black jeans, white shoes.
