ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Currently there are over 4,000 Indiana Michigan Power customers in Allen County without power due to high winds.

Tracey Warner with I&M tells WOWO news that most of the outages are not that large and crews have already been dispatched to find the point were each outage occurred.
