PAULDING, Ohio (WOWO): A Paulding man has a warrant out for his arrest in connection to the murder of 21-year-old Hannah Fischer.
Frank H. Tracy Jr., 47, is wanted for the murder of Fischer, who was found inside an apartment at 119 W. Perry St., Paulding on Tuesday, Paulding Police said in a press release.
Anyone with information of Tracy’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Paulding Police Department at (419) 399-3311.
Police say Fischer was targeted and that a building maintenance man found her body while he was checking the apartment.
