Pence and Other Mayors Warn of Texting and Driving

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Governor Mike Pence and several mayors across Indiana are trying to tell drivers who think about texting while behind the wheel that it can wait. More than 30 mayors representing Indiana cities signed onto the program. The pledges are part of a movement to create more of a “social stigma'' against texting and driving.
