FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Driving around town tomorrow, you'll see flags at half-staff for Patriot Day. Governor Pence has asked that all facilities, businesses, and residents statewide lower flags to pay tribute to the men and women who were injured or lost their lives on September 11, 2001. Flags should be lowered to half-staff at sunrise tomorrow morning, and remain there until sunset tomorrow evening.
