Plymouth Woman Faces Charges of Aggravated Battery and Child Neglect

MARSHALL <st1:placename w_st=”on”>COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A Plymouth woman is taking a plea agreement in a case of aggravated battery and child neglect. Diana Turner will spend 90 days in jail followed by three years of probation.</p>

The charges stem from an incident where she says she put her hand over her baby’s mouth to stop the child from crying. The baby suffered no long term injuries, but did have to be taken to the hospital.
