Politicians Looking to Pump Image, Find Plenty of Stats

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Politicians looking to pump up their home state's image at the expense of neighboring competitors have more groups, studies and reports to back up their claims than ever before. Indiana governors often rely on selective studies to argue the state has flourished most on their watch. But it was Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker who supplied Indiana Republicans last week with some selective statistics to bolster his image.
