FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The surprise resignation of Fort Wayne Deputy City Clerk Angie Davis may have been sparked by a second undercover video showing wrongdoing within the Clerk's office.

Earlier this month Clerk Sandy Kennedy stepped down, citing health reasons, after an undercover video was released that showed her threatening employees' jobs if they didn't support Davis' political campaign. Now the News-Sentinel reports that a second video has surfaced that apparently shows Davis and another employee trolling a law enforcement database for info about potential campaign donors. 

Davis and several others resigned Thursday after what Mayor Tom Henry called “inexcusable activities” were made known to his office. The City Council this week decided to slash the Clerk's office's budget by 75% while an ethics investigation is underway.
