Purdue Privatizing Campus Printing Services

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP): Purdue University is privatizing its printing services division after cutting a majority of those jobs last year. Purdue says Xerox will handle on-campus printing under a five-year agreement. University officials say the 16 remaining printing services employees have accepted on-campus jobs with Xerox that are guaranteed for six months. The outsourcing move is similar to steps that Purdue President Mitch Daniels took when he was Indiana governor.
