Purdue Raises $7.5 Million During Day of Giving

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP): Purdue University received 6,500 donations totaling $7.5 million during its inaugural Day of Giving. The university said donations in the grassroots 24-hour fundraising effort Wednesday ranged from $10 to more than $1 million.  The school had set a goal of raising $2.5 million during the day.
