Record Crowd Sees Tincaps Fall to Silverhawks

Playing in front of a record crowd, the Ft. Wayne Tincaps lost to South Bend 6-0 in Midwest League baseball on 4th of July evening. 8,780 fans packed Parkview Field, eclipsing the previous mark of 8,643 set on June 20th of this year. Max Tissenbaum and Tyler Stubblefield each had 2 hits for the Caps, who will continue the homestand tonight in a 7:05 first pitch against the Silverhawks, broadcast time on The FAN 1380 at 6:45.
