GARY, Ind. (AP): State Superintendent of Public Instruction Glenda Ritz will lead a delegation of Indiana educators on a trip to China starting Wednesday. The group will look at assessment and teacher evaluation methods in the Chinese public school system. The group will also visit cultural sites in Shanghai, Hangzhou and Beijing.
