Rose-Hulman’s Homework Hotline Marks a Half-Million Tutoring Sessions

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WOWO): Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology’s Homework Hotline has surpassed a major milestone. They say they've reached 500,000 math and science tutoring sessions with students across the state. The hotline is a free math and science tutoring service for students in grades 6-12. About 140 tutors are on staff to answer calls and online requests each night. Phone lines, email and online chats are available between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, September through May.
