FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Officials with the City of Fort Wayne say an emergency water main break Thursday morning is causing a road closure. South Hanna Street is closed between Fairfax Street and Belmont Drive. Officials say the closure is expected to last a few hours.
