INDIANAPOLIS (AP): A southern Indiana man has been sentenced to three years of probation after pleading guilty to using an ax to smash windows and damage computers at a Planned Parenthood clinic. A federal magistrate also ordered 28-year-old Benjamin David Curell on Tuesday to pay more than $22,000 in restitution for the April 2013 vandalism at the Bloomington clinic.
