ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Indiana State police are on the scene of crash involving a semi that rolled onto its side on the exit ramp from westbound I-469 to southbound I-69 near the GM plant.
According to Fort Wayne dispatch, the ramp is blocked at this time and traffic is starting to backup.
Westbound I-469 is also experiencing traffic backups as far back as Lafayette Center Road (Exit 1).
