INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ A judge has set a Sept. 10 trial date for a lawsuit brought by seven hairstylists who are fighting for a share of a $9.5 million lottery prize won by a former co-worker at an Indianapolis salon.
 
  The Indianapolis Star reports that Marion Superior Judge Heather Welch set the trial date during a hearing Monday. 
 
  Welch has issued a preliminary injunction in the case barring the Hoosier Lottery from paying the jackpot won by Christina Shaw until the case has been resolved. 
 
  Shaw’s co-workers claim everyone in the group agreed to share any winnings from tickets purchased at the same time as those for the office pool. 
 
  Shaw says the winning numbers were personal numbers she regularly selected based on the birthdays and ages of her children and grandchildren.
