FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Allen Superior Court's Small Claims court on West Berry is moving. 

Our partners in news at 21 Alive say the division will relocate to a building on 1 West Superior Street which will provide more space and better accessibility. 

Due to the move the court will be closed through Friday, and any emergency requests during that time will be heard at the courthouse.
