FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Another bout of winter weather is on the way.
National Weather Service Meteorologist Michael Skipper tells WOWO news some snow will hit the area this afternoon, and it’ll keep coming for a while.
“The Fort Wayne area is still looking to get less than an inch of accumulation tonight,” he says, “however, we’re going to have a prolonged event and things will pick up a bit tomorrow and tomorrow night.”
By the time the weather system moves out of the area Thursday night, the Fort Wayne region is expected to get about 4 inches of snow.
