FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Residents in Eel River Township gathered to prove their point against a proposed sewage plant.

In a news conference held at the discharge site, concerned residents met at the discharge site four miles outside of Huntertown's borders. Our partners in news at 21Alive report up to three million gallons of treated waste will only worsen flooding in the Eel River. Part of their contention is that the proposed site is currently underwater.
